Position: Trainee / Executive – Agriculture
Location: Noida, Sector 62
Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture or related field
Experience: 0–2 years

Key Responsibilities:
Support the formation, promotion, and strengthening of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs).
Maintain project documentation, reports, and MIS records.
Provide training and extension services to farmers on improved agricultural practices.
Assist in business planning, compliance management, and report preparation.
Facilitate market linkages, branding initiatives, and convergence with government schemes.
Coordinate with field teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
Support FPOs in licensing, technology adoption, and operational growth.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of agriculture and FPO ecosystem.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
Ability to work with farmers, stakeholders, and field teams.
