About Company: FarmDidi is a women-led social enterprise on a mission to empower 1 million rural women by helping them become successful food entrepreneurs. Recognized by Shark Tank India, UN, and Wharton, FarmDidi bridges the gap between rural kitchens and urban homes by bringing preservative-free, homemade delicacies crafted by women entrepreneurs across India.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include:
Develop and improve food products based on consumer insights and sensory evaluation.
Validate and standardize recipes using analytical and technical methods.
Support and optimize manufacturing processes and equipment modifications.
Ensure product quality during pilot trials and large-scale production.
Maintain compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (GMP, GHP, HACCP).
Control production processes, testing, and costing to ensure efficiency and quality.

Start Date: Immediately
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: 8,000 to 10,000 per month
