Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and smooth business functioning.
Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize performance and achieve operational excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives and support business growth.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
Analyze operational data and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
Manage projects and operational initiatives to ensure timely and successful execution.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
8–12 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or managerial roles.
Proven experience in process improvement and operational management.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
Project management experience will be an added advantage.
