Rise Hydroponics is working towards transforming modern agriculture through hydroponics, soilless farming, and protected cultivation technologies. The company focuses on sustainable farming solutions that improve crop productivity while optimizing the use of water, nutrients, and other resources.

👨‍🌾 Position: Agronomist
📍 Location: Kotdwar, Uttarakhand
🌱 Project: Soilless Polyhouse
💼 Employment: Full-Time

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage crop growth under soilless/polyhouse conditions
• Develop and implement crop nutrition and management practices
• Monitor plant health, pests, diseases, and environmental conditions
• Manage irrigation and fertigation schedules
• Maintain crop health, production, and field records
• Analyze crop performance and recommend corrective measures

🎓 Eligibility & Skills
• Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field
• Knowledge of hydroponics, soilless farming, or protected cultivation will be an advantage
• Good understanding of crop nutrition, plant health, irrigation, and crop management
• Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for modern, sustainable, and technology-driven agriculture
