📍 Hiring Locations: Bhiwani, Charkhi Dadri, Mahendragarh, Sampla, Rohtak, Hisar, Uklana, Adampur, Narnaund and surrounding areas.

🎯 Main Role: Drive sales and market development in the assigned territory by connecting with farmers, dealers and distributors, promoting agricultural products, generating business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
‣ Develop sales and distribution networks across the assigned territory.
‣ Visit farmers, dealers and distributors regularly.
‣ Promote Kay Bee’s agricultural and crop protection products.
‣ Generate new leads and expand the customer base.
‣ Provide product information and basic technical support to farmers.
‣ Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
‣ Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
‣ Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.

🎓 Eligibility:
Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture, M.Sc. Agriculture or ABM.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant field-sales experience. Crop Knowledge:
– Good knowledge of paddy, cotton and vegetable crops is required.
– Candidates should also have good communication and interpersonal skills and be willing to travel within their assigned territory.
