🎓 Eligibility:
‣ B.Sc. Agriculture or M.Sc. Agriculture.
‣ Relevant experience in agronomy or the fertilizer industry is preferred.
‣ Male candidates are preferred.
‣ Salary will be offered as per company standards.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
‣ Provide technical guidance and crop advisory to farmers.
‣ Promote the company’s crop nutrition and plant health products.
‣ Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
‣ Monitor crop performance and recommend best agronomic practices.
‣ Collect market feedback and support business development activities.
