Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Agriculture Supervisor to oversee 30–50 acres of farmland operations, ensuring efficient daily management, infrastructure maintenance, crop health monitoring, and accurate MIS reporting. This role combines field supervision with data-driven farm management to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
– Supervise daily farm operations including planting, irrigation, harvesting, labor coordination, and crop health monitoring.
– Manage farm infrastructure such as irrigation systems, machinery, fencing, and soil health improvement initiatives.
– Maintain accurate MIS records, inventory tracking, expense monitoring, and weekly operational reports.
– Implement productivity enhancement practices and support yield optimization through modern farming techniques.
– Ensure smooth farm operations while maintaining safety standards, budget control, and asset efficiency.

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Agronomy, or related fields.
3+ years of experience in farm supervision or commercial agriculture operations.
Proficiency in MIS software, MS Excel, and modern irrigation technologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work outdoors and manage large-scale farm operations effectively.
