Join Shroomery and be part of a fast-growing team redefining sustainable mushroom farming in India. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented professional to support advanced mushroom cultivation operations at our farm near Manesar.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in managing end-to-end mushroom cultivation processes and growing room operations.
– Monitor mushroom quality, contamination, and yield performance while ensuring high production standards.
– Support research trials for new mushroom strains and cultivation techniques.
– Maintain cultivation schedules, substrate preparation, spawn management, and inventory tracking.
– Prepare cultivation reports, analyze production data, and implement process improvements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Biotechnology, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in mushroom cultivation or agricultural operations.
Strong organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a farm-based environment.
