💼 Experience Required
0–5 Years of Experience
Freshers with a strong learning attitude can also apply
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred
Agriculture domain experience will be an added advantage

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Create and publish job postings across various hiring platforms
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Candidate Management
Conduct candidate follow-ups throughout the hiring process
Support onboarding activities for selected candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to joining
HR Operations
Maintain recruitment databases and HR records
Track hiring metrics and recruitment progress
Support HR documentation and administrative activities
Coordinate with internal teams for manpower planning and hiring requirements

Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate sourcing and screening abilities
Basic understanding of recruitment processes
Organizational and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools
Agriculture or AgriTech hiring exposure preferred but not mandatory

🎓 Educational Qualification
Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related disciplines
MBA (HR) or relevant HR certifications will be an added advantage
