💰 CTC: ₹4.5 – ₹6 LPA
✈️ Travel Requirement: 3–5 days per month across India

💼 Experience Required
1–4 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, B2B Sales, Communications, or related functions
Freshers with strong internships, projects, or MBA backgrounds may also be considered
Experience in Agri-Tech, Food Processing, Supply Chain, or Industrial Products is preferred
🎯 Key Responsibilities
– Own end-to-end marketing activities including content, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and case studies
– Execute PR and brand-building initiatives across relevant industry channels
– Generate, qualify, and follow up on inbound and outbound leads
– Build relationships with traders, exporters, food processors, and Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs)
– Coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
– Prepare proposals, capability documents, and sales presentations
– Work directly with the founder on marketing and business growth initiatives
– Represent Agrograde during client meetings, site visits, and industry events
✅ Desired Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Marketing mindset with the ability to understand and execute campaigns
Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation
Ability to interact confidently with senior decision-makers
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and CRM tools such as HubSpot or Zoho
Exposure to Canva, Figma, or creative collaboration tools is an advantage
Self-driven, execution-focused, and entrepreneurial mindset
🎓 Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech / MBA
Relevant specialization in Marketing, Business Development, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred
