🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Manage multilocation crop trials for vegetable crops
• Conduct farm management and crop evaluation activities
• Collect, analyze, and report field data
• Monitor crop performance under different agro-climatic conditions
• Coordinate with farmers and field teams
• Ensure timely execution of trials and demonstrations
• Maintain quality standards during trial operations
• Support varietal evaluation and performance assessments

Strong understanding of agronomy and crop production
Knowledge of vegetable crop cultivation practices
Data collection, analysis, and reporting skills
Field trial management capabilities
