Role Overview
True Organics are looking for a proactive and fast-learning Operations & Marketing Associate who is ready to work in a startup environment and take ownership across multiple functions including operations, marketing, certifications, sales, and food processing.

Duration & Compensation
Internship Duration: 4 Months
Location: Gurgaon, Sector 51
Stipend: ₹12,000/month
Performance bonus after training period
Potential full-time opportunity based on performance

Key Responsibilities
Learn and manage organic certifications for company products.
Handle end-to-end operations including procurement, processing, packaging, and shipping.
Design marketing materials such as posters, banners, social media stories, and posts.
Support online and offline sales and marketing activities.
Manage and improve the company website.
Handle social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Manage stalls at malls and farmers’ markets during weekends or early morning/evening hours.
Assist in food processing operations and office management.
Take ownership of additional responsibilities as required in a startup environment.

Qualifications & Skills
Recent graduates in Food Processing, Food Technology, Agriculture, or related fields preferred.
Strong English and Hindi communication skills.
Leadership mindset with self-driven attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
Basic knowledge of design tools and digital marketing.
Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to multitask, organize work, and manage priorities efficiently.

Comfortable with hands-on work in operations and production environments.
Creative, adaptable, and eager to take initiative.
