Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Operations Support role based in Noida. The role involves supporting the team with lead follow-up, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating order processing from inquiry to delivery. The Sales and Operations Support professional will respond to customer queries, ensure timely communication, and assist in resolving issues related to product availability, delivery, and basic service requests. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with production and logistics teams, updating sales and inventory reports, and ensuring accurate documentation of orders and customer interactions. The role may also involve assisting with training materials, basic product education for customers or channel partners, and supporting sales initiatives such as promotions, events, or farm visits.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and internal teams.
• Sales and Sales Management exposure, including lead follow-up, pipeline tracking, and coordination of day-to-day sales activities.
• Experience or interest in Training, such as supporting product education or basic sales/process training for team members or partners.
• Basic understanding of agriculture, food, or FMCG sectors is an advantage, especially in fresh produce or sustainable farming.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida.
