🎯 Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and demand generation across the assigned territory
Execute product-wise sales and liquidation targets
Conduct dealer visits, farmer meetings, and field demonstrations
Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers
Develop new customer networks and market opportunities
Forecast sales and maintain accurate reporting through company dashboards
Participate in agricultural exhibitions, KVK programs, and branding activities
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Support channel partners with technical and business guidance
Utilize digital and social media platforms for product promotion
Train and coach extended sales teams to achieve business targets
