Unnati Hiring Territory Executive / RSM / ASM

Unnati company is looking for experienced Agri Pesticides / Agri Inputs professionals with strong distributor networks, trading knowledge, negotiation skills, and experience managing multiple districts and states.

Job Details:

Locations: Maharashtra, Gujarat, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab & Uttar Pradesh
Age: Below 40 years
Experience: Minimum 6 years
Travel: 4–5 days per week outside the headquarters

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture.

Experience Requirements
‣ Minimum 6 years of experience.
‣ Must have worked with similar Agri Pesticides companies.
‣ Experience working across multiple districts and states.
‣ Experienced Sales Officers and Territory Managers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
‣ Purchase goods from distributors using established distributor relationships.
‣ Negotiate trading rates with distributors.
‣ Manage and close trading deals quickly.
‣ Develop and maintain strong distributor networks.
‣ Handle territory-level sales and trading activities.

Required Skills
‣ Strong negotiation skills.
‣ Good distributor relationships and market connections.
‣ Knowledge of trading and pricing.
‣ Hardworking and result-oriented approach.
‣ Strong calculation and commercial understanding.
‣ Ability to close deals quickly.
‣ Willingness to travel extensively.
