Job Type: Full-Time
🎯 Main Role:
Manage day-to-day farm operations and ensure healthy crop growth, efficient resource utilization, high productivity, and quality output across hydroponic and aeroponic cultivation systems.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
‣ Manage daily hydroponic and aeroponic farm operations.
‣ Monitor crop growth, nutrient levels, pH, EC, temperature, and humidity.
‣ Plan and supervise seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and post-harvest activities.
‣ Identify and manage crop pests, diseases, and nutritional issues.
‣ Maintain farm records, inventory, and cultivation data.
‣ Lead farm workers and ensure proper execution of daily activities.
‣ Follow food safety, hygiene, and farm management practices.
‣ Implement improved practices to enhance productivity and crop quality.
🎓 Educational Qualification:
Diploma / B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
