🎯 Main Role
Drive sales growth in the assigned territory by developing dealer and distributor networks, engaging with farmers, expanding market reach, and achieving business targets.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
‣ Achieve sales and business targets for the assigned territory.
‣ Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
‣ Conduct farmer meetings, field visits, and product demonstrations.
‣ Identify new market opportunities and strengthen existing business.
‣ Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
‣ Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors.

🎓 Candidate Profile
Candidates with experience in the Seeds or Agriculture Input industry are preferred. An Agriculture qualification and good knowledge of the local agricultural market will be an added advantage.
