OG Farm Hiring | Senior Crop Manager – Gurgaon
OG Farm, a sister company of Arc Agritech, is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Crop Manager to lead commercial farm operations at its Gurgaon location.
This role is ideal for an agriculture or horticulture professional with strong expertise in high-value crop production, protected cultivation, farm management, and team leadership.

🌾Crop Expertise
Experience in managing Strawberry, Bell Pepper, Capsicum, Tomato, Cucumber, or other high-value horticultural crops is preferred.

🎯 Main Role
Lead day-to-day farm operations and manage crop production across approximately 15–20 acres, covering both open-field and protected cultivation.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
‣ Lead and supervise a farm team of 6–8 staff members.
‣ Plan and manage daily farm operations and crop production schedules.
‣ Monitor crop health, growth, flowering, fruiting, and harvesting.
‣ Manage irrigation, fertigation, fertilization, and crop protection activities.
‣ Identify and address pest, disease, nutritional, and crop health issues.
‣ Ensure timely field activities such as pruning, training, staking, mulching, and weeding.
‣ Achieve production targets while maintaining crop quality and efficient resource utilization.

🎓 Eligibility
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field and 3–4 years of hands-on experience in commercial crop production can apply.
