Farmerface is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Head – Agribusiness to lead and manage agriculture-focused projects, coordinate with farmers and stakeholders, and ensure successful project execution.
📌 Job Details:
Position: Project Head – Agribusiness
Experience: Minimum 4 Years
Salary: ₹40,000/month
Location: As per project requirement
Industry: Agribusiness / Agriculture / Rural Development
Job Type: Full-Time
🎯 Main Role:
Lead agriculture and rural development projects from planning to execution while managing field teams, farmers, government departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
‣ Manage and monitor agriculture and agribusiness projects.
‣ Lead field teams and ensure timely project execution.
‣ Coordinate with farmers, government departments, NGOs, and stakeholders.
‣ Prepare project reports and maintain proper documentation.
‣ Track project targets, quality, and overall implementation.
🎓 Eligibility
Candidates with an MBA/PGDM in Agribusiness Management are preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field will be an added advantage.
🛠️ Required Skills:
Project Planning & Execution, Team Management, MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Email & Reporting Tools, Farmer Coordination, Stakeholder Management, Communication, and Knowledge of Organic Farming & Agribusiness Operations.
💼 Experience:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Agribusiness, Agriculture Projects, Rural Development, FPO Management, Organic Farming, or the Agri-Input Industry.
💰 Salary: ₹40,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and performance.
