Parijat is looking for a dynamic and passionate Executive – Research & Development to join its Crop Protection R&D team. This role offers an opportunity to work on bio-efficacy and comparative field trials, crop protection products, farm research, and technical evaluation while collaborating with R&D, Portfolio, and Marketing teams.

🎯 Main Role:
Conduct and support field and farm-level research trials to evaluate the bio-efficacy and performance of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, PGRs, and biological products, contributing to the development of innovative crop protection solutions.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
‣ Plan and conduct bio-efficacy and comparative field trials for crop protection products.
‣ Identify trial locations, coordinate with farmers, and monitor crop health and trial conditions.
‣ Collect, analyze, and document trial data and prepare technical reports.
‣ Conduct market surveys to track emerging pests, diseases, new molecules, competitors, and regulatory developments.
‣ Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, product campaigns, and technical training programs.
‣ Coordinate with R&D, Portfolio, Marketing, distributors, and farmers for product evaluation.
‣ Provide technical support and contribute to product development initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility:
Candidates with an M.Sc. in Agriculture in Plant Pathology, Agronomy, or Entomology and 1–5 years of relevant experience in agricultural R&D, crop protection research, field trials, or related activities are eligible to apply.
🛠️ Skills Required:
Crop Protection, Bio-Efficacy Research, Field Trial Management, Data Analysis, Technical Documentation, Pest & Disease Identification, Farmer Coordination, Market Research, MS Excel, and Communication Skills.
🌱 Preferred Expertise:
Experience or knowledge of insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators (PGRs), biological products, crop protection trials, and agricultural field research will be beneficial.
💰 Salary: ₹4.0–6.0 LPA, depending on qualifications, relevant experience, and company standards.
