Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL), a Government of India Navratna company, is inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee – Marketing. RCFL is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers and industrial chemicals through its nationwide marketing network.

Vacancies: 10
Training Period: 1 Year
Salary During Training: ₹60,000 per month
Salary After Absorption (E1 Grade): Approx. ₹86,320+ gross per month
Eligibility
Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Science, or Engineering.
MBA / MMS / PGDBM / PGDM with specialization in:Marketing
Agri-Business Management (ABM)
Agriculture Or a related discipline.
Age Limit
UR/EWS: 27 years
OBC (NCL): 30 years
SC/ST: 32 years
Selection Process
Online Test: 80%
Personal Interview: 20%
Online Test Pattern
100 objective-type questions
Duration: 90 minutes
