🎓 Eligibility
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Chemistry, Marketing, or a related field.
– 3 to 5 years of experience in the Agrochemical or Pesticide industry.
– Experience in product management, portfolio management, or product marketing will be preferred.
🎯 Main Role
Manage the agrochemical product portfolio, identify market opportunities, develop product positioning and pricing strategies, lead new product launches, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor product performance to drive business growth.

Product Portfolio Management, Market Research, Product Lifecycle Management, Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy, Pricing Strategy, Business Analysis, Demand Forecasting, Communication, Cross-functional Coordination, and Analytical Skills.
