AEGF (AEG Foundation) is excited to welcome passionate and driven Agri Entrepreneur Mentors (AEMs) to join their growing team. If you’re committed to transforming rural livelihoods, empowering farmers, and contributing to large-scale development impact, they would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Mentor Agri Entrepreneurs (AEs) on enterprise setup, farmer engagement, and business operation
Guide AEs and farmers in implementing climate-smart agriculture practices across key crops
Facilitate farmer trainings, demos, and community outreach events
Support AEs in accessing credit, insurance, and government schemes
Conduct farmer surveys using digital tools
Promote women’s participation in entrepreneurial activities
Coordinate with project experts to ensure quality implementation and results
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Marathi
Basic computer skills in MS Office
Dynamic individual with demonstrated ability to achieve results in a demanding, fast-paced environment
Possession of a personal vehicle is mandatory for travel and work within the job location
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the agriculture and allied sectors
Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture or Agri Business Graduate
