Experience in agricultural procurement, sourcing, rural operations, or farmer engagement preferred

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, FPOs, and aggregators
Support farmer onboarding and direct sourcing initiatives
Assist in procurement of coconuts and other agricultural raw materials
Conduct farm visits, village visits, and mandi interactions
Monitor crop availability, pricing, and market trends
Perform basic quality checks at farm and aggregation points
Support procurement planning and supplier database management
Coordinate logistics, transportation, and field operations
Provide market insights to strengthen sourcing decisions
