Drive revenue growth and profitability across South India
Develop and execute regional business expansion strategies
Build partnerships with corporates, traders, exporters, FPOs, banks, and NBFCs
Lead warehousing, procurement, collateral management, and supply chain operations
Identify new opportunities in agri commodities and food processing
Manage regional P&L and business performance
Build and mentor high-performing teams
Coordinate with operations, finance, risk, and technology teams

Strong understanding of agri value chains and commodity ecosystems
Business development and stakeholder management expertise
Leadership and team management skills
Strategic planning and execution capabilities
Experience managing multiple locations and business units

🎓 Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution (Preferred)
