🎯 Key Responsibilities
Farmer & Stakeholder Engagement
Meet farmers regularly to understand their agricultural needs and challenges
Promote DeHaat’s agricultural input products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, dealers, and lead farmers
Coordinate between farmers and DeHaat Centers for smooth service delivery
Identify and develop new market opportunities within assigned territories
Expand DeHaat’s presence in underserved rural markets
Achieve monthly product liquidation and sales targets at the farmer level
Event Organization & Promotion
Organize farmer meetings, field demonstrations, and promotional campaigns
Conduct awareness programs on modern agricultural practices
Promote DeHaat’s digital solutions and technology offerings
Technology Implementation
Learn and adopt DeHaat’s technology-enabled solutions
Demonstrate technology benefits to farmers and stakeholders
Encourage adoption of digital agricultural tools
Collect field-level data and provide feedback for product improvement
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain daily reports on farmer interactions, sales activities, and market insights

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage
Event planning and execution capabilities
Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas
