💼 Experience Required
10+ years of experience in Indian agri-input sales
Minimum 5 years of experience in vegetable seed sales and marketing
Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Experience managing large distributor and dealer networks
Willingness to travel extensively across major root-crop cultivation regions

🎯 Key Responsibilities
Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across North India
Develop seasonal sales strategies and demand forecasting plans
Strengthen and expand distributor and dealer networks across Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, and Jharkhand
Lead product launches, field demonstrations, and demand-generation campaigns
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements
Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, growers, and key stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and support Territory Sales Managers and field teams
Collaborate closely with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Quality teams to achieve business objectives

🎓 Educational Qualification
B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture / Allied Agricultural Sciences
MBA (Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field) preferred
