Role Overview
Promote and sell milk and dairy products to retailers, distributors, and customers.
Build strong customer relationships and maintain regular follow-ups.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Achieve monthly sales targets and support business growth.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for better customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Visit clients and manage daily sales activities in assigned areas.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product-related information.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Maintain sales records and prepare regular performance reports.
Ensure timely communication with distributors and retail partners.

Required Skills
Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to analyze market needs and identify growth opportunities.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-focused approach.
Basic knowledge of the dairy or FMCG industry is an advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or related fields preferred.
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or FMCG roles is desirable.
Freshers with strong communication and field interest may also apply.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for field sales activities if required.
