MANAGE (National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management) in collaboration with NABARD is offering a FREE 45-Day Residential Agri-Entrepreneurship Training Program under the Agri-Clinic & Agri-Business Centre (AC & ABC) scheme.
This program is designed to empower aspiring agri-professionals with business skills, field exposure, and financial support — including subsidies up to 44% for women.
What is the AC & ABC Scheme?
The AC–ABC Scheme is a flagship initiative of the Government of India to create agri-entrepreneurs who can provide agri-clinic services, advisory to farmers, and start profitable agri-business ventures. The scheme supports youth with training, project preparation, and credit-linked subsidy for starting a business.
Eligibility Criteria
You can apply if you belong to any of the following categories:
– Graduates & Post-Graduates in Agriculture and Allied Subjects recognized by ICAR/UGC/SAUs.
– 3-year Diploma holders in Agriculture (after 10+2).
– Degree holders in:
B.Sc (Agri/Horticulture/Home Science/Forestry/Rural Development).
B.E (Agri), B.F.Sc, B.V.Sc
M.Sc (Sericulture/Aquaculture/Dairy Science/Coastal Aqua Culture)
Post Diploma in Commercial Horticulture
AIT 2-year Diploma in Agriculture
Agri-Engineering / Fish Culture / Feed Milling Technology
Graduates in Environmental Science, Botany, Zoology & Chemistry recognized by ICAR/UGC
Age Limit: 18–60 years
Important Note: After completing B.Sc Agriculture, a minimum gap of 1 year is compulsory to be eligible for this training.

Subsidy Details:
– Up to ₹20 Lakhs bank loan support (individual entrepreneurs)
– ₹1 Crore loans for group entrepreneurship.
– Additional subsidy for SC/ST category
- 44% subsidy for Women, SC/ST, Northeast & Hill States
- 36% subsidy for the General/OBC category
- Back-ended subsidy with a lock-in period of 3 years
