🎯 Key Responsibilities
Identify, onboard, and manage fish and seafood suppliers
Build relationships with fishermen, vendors, and aggregators
Manage daily procurement activities based on demand forecasts
Ensure timely supply to processing centers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
Monitor seafood market trends, pricing, and seasonal availability
Ensure compliance with food safety and cold-chain standards
Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and quality teams
Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and performance reports

Vendor management and negotiation skills
